1) Remove the cover(1) of Rain(Snow) gauge and place it upside down on the floor.

2) Loosen the 4 bolts of windbreak(2), widen them slightly, and insert them into the cover(1) in the direction of the arrow.

3) Make sure the windbreak completely touches the floor and then bolts it back on.
