Level gauge for non-voltage BCD 4-digit output (0000 to 9999 display) 


A water level gauge that rotates and induces the displacement of the water level (dam, river, reservoir, underground water, etc.) with the buoyancy of the float and outputs and displays it as a digital BCD signal through the RS-A/D converter.

① Outline
1) A floating water level gauge that rotates a pulley by using the buoyancy value of the float to change the water level of dams, rivers, reservoirs, underground water, etc., converts the corresponding analog signal into a digital signal without power, and transmits it as a BCD code.
2) It is a transmission function type that is directly connected to communication equipment and does not generate deviation (reliability: 99.9% / 100M). It is a product designed to be optimal for unmanned observation conditions by suppressing power consumption and requiring no correction device.

② RS-A/D Converter Overview
1) The measuring device is prepared for electrical and electronic accidents, so the installation and maintenance are very economical.
2) BCD conversion value is output without power, there is no transmission (T/M) error, and if there is a digital signal input code, it is operated immediately after connection.
3) To display additionally on a specific panel, use Signal Distrbuter or Signal Arrester Unit.
4) RS-A/D Converter output signal is 4 digits and there is 1 BUSY signal in addition to 4 Data + 4 Parity.
5) Checking bit is provided in each number (0 ~ 9) in case of error code display.
6) There is no error in signal reading because the BUSY signal is provided.

① Outline
1) This WDRP-2000 water level gauge with a built-in RS-A/D converter measures the displacement of the water level (dam, river, reservoir, underground water, etc.) with the buoyancy force of the float by rotating and inducing the wheel of the recorder with a cm pen on the roll recorder. ② RS-A/D converter
1) Built-in RS-A/D converter inside the recorder, outputs the measured value as a non-voltage 4-digit BCD signal, and can be used immediately by directly connecting to T/M, RTU, etc. in parallel with recording.
2) Outputs BCD conversion value without power, and operates immediately when connected if there is a digital signal input code.
3) To display additionally on a specific panel, use a Signal Distributer or Signal Arrester Unit.
4) The output signal is 4 Digit, and there is 1 BUSY signal in addition to 4 Data + 4 Parity.
5) In case of checking bit error code display, it is provided in each (0~9).
6) There is no error in signal reading because the BUSY signal is provided.

③ Recorder and RS-A/D converter general information
1) Recording function: The feature of the floating recording device is that it is recorded as a single function without external interference, so it is not affected by electricity, so there is no electronic failure and there is no concern about data loss due to recording errors.
2) BCD signal: RS-A/D converter is installed in parallel with the recording function, analog is output as a digital non-voltage BCD signal, and transmission error does not occur because there is no electrical or electronic error as it is directly supplied to T/M.
